All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or courier services and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays (subject to their terms and conditions).
Standard shipping is $11 for orders under $50, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. For Gilbert Rugby and Steeden tackle equipment, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.
All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.
In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.
Should you need to return a product to us, please contact our sales team for a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). All returns must be sent within 14 days of original invoice date.
Any returns other than defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or writing on the product box. The return of goods considered to be defective is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine credit or exchange of goods. No refunds or exchange is available on Special Buy In items unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit
Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 10 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.
The Owner has the discretion to repair of replace any goods the subject of a complaint or to refund or credit the portion of the purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, all statutory or other warranties are excluded.
Gray-Nicolls was formed in the 1940s at the merger of two well-known cricket bat manufacturers, H.J. Gray and Sons and L.J. Nicolls. At this time, the company also acquired the famous brands of Shaw & Shrewsbury and Wainwrights, and England captain Wally Hammond and Australian star Keith Miller began using Gray-Nicolls.
The brand grew in stature in the 1950s and 60s, and at one stage the captains of all five test playing countries were using the now world-renown brand (Ted Dexter, Richie Benaud, Frank Worrell, John Reid and Trevor Goddard).
In 1972, a new Gray-Nicolls factory was opened in Melbourne to supply the growing demand from the Australian and New Zealand markets. Gray-Nicolls remains the only brand to produce bats in the UK and Australia, and the only bat company to control the complete process from planting willow to delivering bats to international players like Matt Renshaw, Mitch Marsh, Jess Jonassen, Henry Nicholls Beth Mooney, Arron Finch, Kane Williamson, Travis Head, and Marcus Stoinis.
Past Australian Gray-Nicolls players have included the likes of Keith Miller, Greg Chappell, Matthew Hayden, Shane Warne (County), and David Warner. Previous English Gray-Nicolls players includes then captain of the English side Wally Hammond.

Cones are good. Although I ordered 5 steeden rugby league balls as well. The ones I ordered were white training balls and when they came they were bright orange balls. These weren’t what I ordered and I wasn’t even asked if I would like to take the orange ones instead of the white ones
